PRICES

The prices of our products are indicated in (€) Euros all taxes included (value added tax and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding treatment, storage, delivery and forwarding expenses. For orders to countries outside of the country from where the products are shipped, you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state rights may be applicable. These rights and sums are not within the purview of the Seller. They will be at your expense and are your responsibility both in terms of declaration and payments to the authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you find out more about these issues with your local authorities.

 

AVAILABILITY

Our products are offered as they appear on this website and in the available storage. For products not stocked, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In case of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will notify you by email (usually within 4 days). Your order will be canceled and no payment will be made.

Although We strive to provide our customers with the utmost accuracy in our product pricing, we acknowledge that mistakes occasionally occur due to system or human errors. We reserve the right to correct erroneous pricing and may not honor any order placed for an item at an incorrect price. Our prices also are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause.

 

ORDERS

You can place orders on this website (on-line) or by phone. Contractual information is presented in English and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of checkout. We reserve the right not to accept payment, and to refuse or withhold an order for any reason, particularly in the event of supply problems, or in case of difficulties with the order received. We also reserve the right to refuse to Orders which we suspect are fraudulent or otherwise unusual.

Furthermore, this website does not have the intention to sell its products in large quantities. Therefore We reserve the right to refuse orders exceeding a certain number of identical items.

 

VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER

The effective conclusion of each sale is subject to the provision by the client of the following administrative information: a valid ID; a proof of address dated less than three (3) months prior to the order; and in case of payment by credit card, a front and back copy of the card used. All data recorded and confirmed will serve as valid proof of the transaction. The order confirmation and acceptance of the transaction will need to be signed. A summary of your order information and general conditions of sale will be sent in PDF format to the e-mail confirmation of your order.

 

PAYMENT

The act of validating your order means your obligation to pay the quoted price. The payment of your purchases is made by bank transfer or by credit card, subject to technical implementation.

 

TRANSFER OF TITLE

The products remain the property of the seller, owner or Us, as the case may be, until full payment and/or clearance of the payment in our bank account.

When the sale is concluded, the risk of loss or damage of the goods are transferred to you.

 

VAULT STORAGE

By default, the products are kept safe in a secure room in duty-free zones and warehouses in Antwerp, Belgium, by Technosafe. You agree that the acquired products are transferred to a service provider of the seller/owner and kept in secure safes. This service includes insurance against theft or damage of stored products. To benefit from vault storage, you will pay an annual subscription, of which the prices are available on this website. If you choose to end the vault storage of the purchased products, they will be delivered in the manner indicated below, of which the delivery costs are at your expense.

We will only accept liability if shipment is lost or impaired due to our defaults and not as a result of  Malca Amit and Brinx and/or any other third parties.

 

DELIVERY

You can opt for physical delivery of your order. The products are then delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process, within the time specified on the order confirmation page.

All our deliveries are being conducted by Malca Amit and Brinx and made within the least possible time, minimizing the risk even further. However, you can get in touch to discuss your extra urgent requirements.

In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery which you indicated. As required by law, in case of late delivery, you get the opportunity to cancel the order according to the terms and conditions of the consumer law. We will not be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the client after several proposals for appointment by the carrier.

You should note again that we assume no liability to any problems that may arise due to delivery.

 

CANCELLATION

You have 14 business days period to exercise your right of cancellation without having to give reasons or pay a penalty. The returns should be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual). Failure to adhere by this may result in your liability. Any damage to the product could result in a failed cancellation. The return costs are your responsibility.

 

GUARANTEE

We endeavor to provide products with full guarantee against hidden defects. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, manuals, etc). The shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the rate charged and the cost of return will be refunded upon presentation of receipts.

All international shipments will receive a UN « Kimberley Certificate » and all domestic shipments will come with the appropriate guarantees that they are non-conflict diamonds as laid out by the United Nations.

 

LIMITED LIABILITY

Owners/Seller’s liability cannot be incurred for non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities in regard to the possibilities of import or use of products or services you plan to order. Moreover, the Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product purchased. Finally the Seller’s liability cannot be incurred for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including an interruption in service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses.
